Position Title: Draftsman

Job Responsibilities:

As a Draftsman, your role will be essential in supporting architectural, joinery, and interior design projects.

Your responsibilities include:

2D and 3D Plans: Create 2D and 3D plans for architectural, joinery, and interior design projects. This includes developing detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-outs.

Section Details: Develop freehand section details to assist on-site personnel in project execution.

Material Lists: Generate comprehensive material lists for projects to ensure efficient planning and execution.

Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of interior works, ensuring they align with design specifications.

Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings: Produce shop drawings, plans, and as-built drawings that accurately reflect site conditions and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Qualifications:

Nationality: Open to any Asian national.

Age: 40 years old and below.

Experience: You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Draftsman.

Software Competence: Demonstrated competence in software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.

Project Interaction: Experience in overseeing the design aspects of assigned Fit Out projects, involving interaction with clients and various departments.
