Job Description:
1. Cafe Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
2. Customer Service:
- Create a customer-friendly atmosphere, address inquiries, and exceed customer expectations.
3. Financial Management:
- Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability.
4. Staff Supervision and Development:
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor staff for high performance and career growth.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian, Arabic, and European nationals.
- 40 y/o and below.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in the same industry (specialty café).
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
