Salary: Up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

A highly respected multi-national IT group based in Dubai
Job Description:
As a Site IT Technical Support, you will be responsible for various IT-related tasks and support. Your duties will include:
Performing the installation of personal computers, external and internal peripherals, and operating systems.
Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to personal computers, hardware, operating systems, and application software.
Managing a variety of computer equipment, including computer terminals, printers, modems, personal computers, and data communication equipment.
Logging all service requests and calls to the SD application (ServiceNow Platform).
Maintaining up-to-date inventory and documentation on all computers and peripherals.
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
Maximum 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT or a related discipline
Strong skills in hardware support for smartphones and PCs (HP, Xerox, Apple, Microsoft, Dell, etc.)
