Position Title: Telesales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products or services. Your key responsibilities include:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided contact lists.
Product Presentation: Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, objections, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Sales Targets: Work diligently to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Rapport: Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive buying experience and foster long-term relationships.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and collectively achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Objection Handling: Ability to effectively handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer records and sales data.
Goal-Oriented: Maintain a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
CRM and Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and basic computer applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
