Position: Commercial Assistant
Client Details:
Our client is one of the leading freight shipment brokerage firms for luxury cars, based in Dubai. They are currently seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant to join their team.
Job Description:
As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role, and your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily operations by effectively coordinating between internal teams, including operations, sales, and administration, throughout various steps in closing a transaction, from contract signing to approvals and related documents.
Assisting in the organization of sales events, test drives, and product presentations.
Managing incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Ensuring that all documentation is complete, compliant with regulations, and in order to facilitate smooth transactions.
Generating regular reports on vehicle logistics, inventory status, and transportation costs.
Skills:
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and European nationals.
Female, aged 25 to 38.
At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
