Job Description
Position Title: Retail Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance:
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting products and follow up with the existing database of prospects to close deals.
2. Customized Solutions:
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions through customized designs based on their needs.
3. Client Relationships:
- Establish new clients and maintain existing relationships with customers and contractors.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to close sales.
- Coordinate with site engineers for product measurements.
5. Proposal Presentation:
- Present client proposals/quotations in line with the company's terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Open to Syrian, Palestinian, and Lebanese nationals.
- Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience (B2C), preferably from any related industry.
- Experience in dealing with local Emirati clients/customers.
- Open to candidates within the GCC.
