One of the leading perfume companies in the UAE.
Job Description:
1. Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Implement marketing strategies to develop and strengthen the perfume brand, ensuring consistent positioning throughout the region.
2. Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure all aspects of imaging, including store windows, visuals, banners, posters, and shelf talkers, align with the brand image and target the appropriate clientele.
3. Media Liaison:
- Collaborate with Media Agencies/Consultants to develop appropriate theme boards and communication methodologies aligned with the company’s objectives.
4. Communication Material:
- Ensure the development and design of all communication materials required for promotions, sending them to stores/territories within specified time frames.
5. Competitor Analysis:
- Study and report on the Marketing Strategy of competitors, conducting competitor profiling on the marketing front.
Qualifications:
- 38 years old and below.
- B.Com. / Diploma in Graphic Design / MBA (Sales & Marketing).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant experience, preferably from the Perfume Retail or FMCG industry.
