About the Client:
A Dubai-based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
1. Review and Update:
- Review ageing list, update records, and contact customers to ensure timely payments.
2. Problem Resolution:
- Rectify any problems with invoices to facilitate timely payments.
3. Customer Communication:
- Advise customers on overdue bills and propose payment plans.
4. Payment Maintenance:
- Maintain customer payments and ensure timely updates of records.
5. Collaboration:
- Liaise with sales teams to ensure accuracy and timely collection of payments.
Skills Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below.
- At least 2 years of UAE experience.
- Proven history of timely debt collection.
- Ability to implement strategies for collections based on segments.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
