Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Main Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction:
- Be present in the reception or lobby during check-in, check-out, or events, socializing with guests.
- Provide a warm welcome, ensuring guests enjoy their stay with personalized service.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of information.
2. VIP Procedures:
- Review daily guest arrivals, flagging VIPs with the right category and updating preferences.
- Prepare a daily amenities sheet, coordinating with F&B for timely delivery to the right place.
- Coordinate with Front Office Manager (FOM) on special VIP cards, ensuring placement in rooms before arrival.
3. Guest Relations:
- Manage guest complaints professionally, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report all guest comments or complaints and seek advice from AFOM or FOM in serious cases.
4. Communication and Coordination:
- Build positive relationships with internal customers and guests, anticipating their needs.
- Handle guest requests in person, via phone, or email, following MGallery etiquettes and standards.
5. General Support:
- Assist in other duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
