Job Title: Sales Executive

Position Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you play a crucial role in selling memorable experiences to guests staying at our property. Your passion and motivation drive you to provide exceptional service, building strong relationships and bonds with our guests. You will work closely with the Sales Team and Director to achieve sales targets and objectives, soliciting group, transient, and banquet business. Your responsibilities include participating in sales-related activities, developing new business accounts, analyzing market trends, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team and Director in achieving sales targets by actively participating in sales-related activities.
- Solicit group, transient, and banquet business to consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events to promote the hotel.
- Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Establish parameters, quotes, negotiate prices, and seal contracts with clients.
- Maintain contact with local business generators, meeting and convention planners, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies for maintaining the hotel's leadership position.
- Drive business into the hotel and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Promptly respond to customer queries, maintaining high standards of service and client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls to existing and prospective accounts as per assigned areas.
- Maintain all sales activities and account information in the Sales Database.
- Foster relationships with accounts in the market and maintain a high profile within the travel industry.
- Ensure companies under your responsibility meet their room night targets and report accordingly.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Conduct site inspections and host familiarization visits as required.
- Attend review meetings with the Sales Team and Management to discuss results versus goals.
- Flexibility to carry out other duties and assignments as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
