Accommodation Operations Manager
As the Accommodation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Heartiest Accommodation operations, ensuring strict adherence to standards and procedures. Your role encompasses maintaining the public areas, landscaping, and overall upkeep of the accommodation facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and well-organized living environment for Heartiest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Heartiest Accommodation operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and landscaping to maintain high standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, including the entrance, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage stock levels for smooth operations and approve requisitions as needed.
- Conduct inventories of linen and other relevant items on a scheduled basis.
- Supervise Pest Control services based on established areas and schedules.
- Perform random inspections of Heartiest Accommodation in collaboration with security personnel.
- Contribute to sustainable development initiatives, implementing energy and waste management practices.
- Supervise cost control measures and recommend saving programs.
- Manage Lost and Found procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor third-party visits to the accommodation, ensuring awareness and security.
- Maintain close coordination with the security team.
- Provide assistance in daily operations, identifying and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and property management systems with a thorough understanding of setups.
- Implement strict control measures for key management.
- Execute and follow up on daily checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accommodation or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices and energy management.
- Ability to collaborate with security personnel for inspections.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems and equipment use.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
