POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Arrival Expert at Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi is responsible for creating memorable first and last impressions for guests. They facilitate a range of services to guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. Guest Arrival Experts are empowered to take the initiative to ensure guests have a unique and memorable experience from start to finish. This involves handling operational needs, addressing guest requests, preparing reports, and providing information about the local area. Regardless of their specific role, there are key elements for success that include creating a safe environment, adhering to company policies, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Arrival Experts may be required to be on their feet and move around for an extended period, as well as engage in hands-on tasks such as lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance. Ensuring these tasks are performed effectively and professionally is crucial to meet the needs of guests and uphold the reputation of the business.
