Job Title: Finance & Accounting (Job Number 23213283)

The St. Regis Downtown Dubai is seeking a professional for the Finance & Accounting position. The individual will be responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. They will also organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents following policies and procedures. The role involves recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information. Additionally, the candidate will maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data, classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records.

Other responsibilities include preparing, maintaining, and distributing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. The candidate will complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified, prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
