Job Summary:
The Beverage Manager is responsible for beverage operations and staff on a daily basis, including areas such as beverage service in the Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. The role involves promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintaining standards, assisting servers during peak periods, and managing property liquor inventories and controls. The manager ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget and enforces all legal obligations professionally and consistently.

Candidate Profile:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in a relevant major with 2 years of experience.
- Manages beverage operations ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
- Implements beverage policy and procedures throughout the property.
- Manages compliance with all applicable beverage and liquor laws.
- Monitors beverage control, including inventory management, costs controls, and mix of sales analysis.
- Participates in the management of department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Trains staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
- Provides excellent customer service and responds effectively to guest problems and complaints.
