Position Summary:
As a Guest Services Operations Associate, you will be responsible for answering, recording, and processing all guest requests, questions, or concerns via various communication channels. Operating the telephone switchboard, processing wake-up calls, and connecting calls to the appropriate extension are part of your duties. Additionally, you will log guest requests or issues into the computer, contact the appropriate individual or department, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests are resolved satisfactorily. Providing information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, record, and process all guest requests via various communication channels.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and process wake-up calls.
- Log all guest requests or issues into the computer and follow up with guests.
- Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
- Assist guests with accessing the internet and guestroom entertainment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain uniform and personal appearance, and protect company assets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with computer systems and point-of-sale systems.
