POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Guest Service Expert in our Food and Beverage team, you will take initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring that guests enjoy not just a meal but an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute tasks such as setting up tables, communicating with the kitchen, and serving guests.
- Manage the menu, ensuring accurate information and visual verification.
- Uphold quality standards and follow company policies and procedures.
- Create a safe workplace and maintain a professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects of various weights.
- Handle hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and adhering to company policies.
- Physical ability to perform the required tasks.
