Position: Restaurant Host/Hostess

- Location: Aloft Muscat, Ghala, Al Azaiba South, Muscat, Oman

- Schedule: Full-Time

- Position Type: Non-Management

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and determine the number in their party.

- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, and organizing seating for groups with special needs.

- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.

- Ensure place settings are appropriate, and each guest has necessary items.

- Check menus for cleanliness, accuracy, and availability.

- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
