Job Description:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction by being their primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will include prompt communication via phone and email, record-keeping and data retrieval, and providing excellent service. You will adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and requests via phone and email.

Utilize computer systems to input and retrieve information, update records, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.

Operate standard office equipment and prepare various documents using office software.

Transmit information through digital and physical channels, proofread and edit content for accuracy.

Efficiently navigate computer systems and point-of-sale terminals to access relevant information.

Compliance and Professionalism:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Safeguard proprietary information and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.

Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.

Assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine appreciation.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Communicate clearly and professionally.

Prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly.

Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.

Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and different departments.

Listen and respond effectively to the concerns of fellow employees.

Safety and Physical Requirements:

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted.

Fulfill any other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
