POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Graphic Designer at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, your primary responsibility is to design and produce marketing materials that reflect the brand's image and style to drive hotel revenue. This includes advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures, and presentations. You will work closely with marketing managers and other operational departments, providing design solutions and maintaining familiarity with customer demographics to develop appropriate promotional collateral. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, execute various aspects of production, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and produce marketing materials such as advertisements, collateral, signage, and electronic brochures.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and operational departments to provide design solutions aligned with brand image and style.
- Maintain awareness of customer demographics to develop appropriate promotional collateral.
- Monitor project progress and provide ongoing communication to the marketing team.
- Execute various aspects of production, including printing, scanning, digital retouching, and image editing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in graphic design, preferably in a hospitality or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
