Job Title: Guest Service Expert

Position Summary:

Our Guest Service Experts go beyond simply providing meals to our guests; they strive to create memorable and unique dining experiences. With a focus on exceptional service, they deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meal. From setting tables and liaising with the kitchen to interacting with and serving guests, our Guest Service Experts ensure that every aspect of the dining experience is exceptional. Regardless of the specific role, there are key elements critical to success, including creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. This role requires being on one's feet, managing various tasks, and taking a hands-on approach to work, including lifting and carrying objects.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to guests during dining experiences.
- Set tables and ensure proper arrangement of dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding orders and guest preferences.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace.
- Uphold quality standards in all aspects of guest service.
- Manage menu items and accurately relay information to guests.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and reaching overhead as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
