POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Server at Bulgari Resort Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving food courses and alcoholic beverages, setting tables according to event types and service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu inquiries, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability.
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and/or beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
- Present accurate checks to guests and process payments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverage industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of varying weights.
- Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for grasping, turning, and manipulating objects.
- Flexibility to work on uneven or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps.
