Job Title: Guest Service Expert
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Guest Service Expert at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, your role is to build a memorable and unique dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Whether it's managing the menu, ensuring a safe workplace, upholding quality standards, or providing professional and courteous service, Guest Service Experts play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for guests.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Ability to be on feet and move around for an extended time.
- Capability to manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
- Flexibility to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
