POSITION SUMMARY:

At The Ritz-Carlton Residences Amman, we believe in creating memorable and unique experiences for our guests. We are currently looking for Guest Environment Experts who are skilled in various housekeeping functions, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move within the space and carry out tasks that contribute to a great guest experience. This may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other similar responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
- Deliver guest requests and ensure a great guest experience.
- Stock carts and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Perform housekeeping functions as required.

Physical Requirements:

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance).
