Job Title: Parts Picker

Responsibilities:

Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications, and required timeframes.
Maintain the discipline of the service establishment, ensuring a safe and clean work area through strict adherence to company rules, regulations, and procedures.
Locate and store received parts in the designated bins.
Create new locations for newly received parts, taking into consideration the logical distribution of the shelves.
Arrange locations and bins efficiently to maximize space utilization.
Collect the picking list, locate the appropriate part, and deliver it either to the Service Advisor or the Mechanics.
Stay updated on new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate superior or manager, as necessary.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Skills for Success:

Prior experience with spare parts in the automotive industry.
Must be physically fit for the demands of the role.
Ability to read and write parts numbers.
Good systems knowledge related to parts management.

What Equips You for the Role:

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma).
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to speak, write, and read English to effectively communicate with supervisors and customers.
