Position Title: Service Advisor | Al Futtaim Automotive | Toyota Fujairah
Overview of the Role:
Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking a competent and performance-driven Service Advisor to join the Toyota team in Fujairah. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the Workshop, playing a crucial role in shaping the image of the Service Department by instilling trust and confidence.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, asking questions, and promptly recording customer requests.
Issue Clarification: Collect accurate details of customer complaints to facilitate quick resolutions at the workshop.
Empathy and Customer Requests: Show empathy and clarify customer requests to better understand their needs.
Workshop Coordination: Check the workshop's status and provide customers with accurate promise times for service delivery.
Invoice and Work Compliance: Verify the invoice's accuracy and ensure that the work performed aligns with the customer's requirements.
Customer Communication: Inform customers about work completion and agree on the pickup time.
Explanation and Guidance: Clearly explain the job done and the invoice to customers, providing guidance to the cashier.
Value-Added Services: Promote value-added services to customers.
Customer Concern Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
Required Skills for Success:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
Possess technical knowledge to provide up-to-date information in response to customer inquiries.
Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Strong English communication skills, with knowledge of Arabic being an added advantage.
About the Team:
You will report to the Reception Manager and work in a busy workshop environment, where you will interact directly with the Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman, and Technicians on a daily basis.
What Equips You for the Role:
Diploma or Degree in Technical School or a Certificate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
A broad-based knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant, which is essential for this position.
