Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Al Futtaim Automotive, specializing in Honda vehicles under the Domasco brand. The Service Advisor's primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient service experience for our customers, from the initial reception of their vehicles to the final delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner.

• Document customer requests and accurately record job requirements.

• Collect detailed information on customer complaints to expedite resolutions in the workshop.

• Ensure the availability of an adequate number of repair orders to match the workflow.

• Provide comprehensive explanations of the required work, including cost estimates and delivery times.

• Check and verify that the invoice aligns with the performed work.

• Notify customers upon completion of the work and agree on a pickup time.

• Deliver the serviced vehicle personally and provide an explanation of the work done and the invoice, guiding customers to the cashier.

• Achieve revenue targets and promote value-added services.

• Uphold high standards of customer service and promptly address customer concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

• Meet dealer certification requirements.

• Prepare and participate in skill contest events.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient customer management and communication skills.

2. Previous experience in an automotive dealership is required.

3. Familiarity with technical workshop operations.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

About the Team:

You will report to the Service Manager and collaborate closely with the workshop team and various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

A minimum of 1 to 3 years of overall experience in an automobile dealership, with at least 3 years in the Service Department as a Service Advisor.

Knowledge of automotive dealer/distributor business processes.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
