Job Title: Sales Executive

Overview of the Role: As a Sales Executive at Trading Enterprises in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, your role will focus on maximizing sales opportunities and building long-term business relationships with customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, retaining gross margins, and promoting Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. Additionally, you will maintain expected standards of Customer Satisfaction Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.

What You Will Do:

Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain company-prescribed sales standards for your area, enhancing the company and brand image.

Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, achieving or exceeding targets for the number of prospects logged, which supports the company's business objectives.

Cash and Credit Control: Ensure compliance with company procedures when handling cash and credit customers, ensuring cash safety and minimizing the risk of loss.

Improvement and Upgrading: Continuously update and improve your knowledge, particularly regarding the product range, automotive industry trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills.

Skills Required to Be Successful:

2 years of sales experience, with a background in automotive sales considered desirable.

Strong upselling skills and the ability to create value from new products.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence customer choices.

About the Team: This role focuses on meeting Branch Sales and F&I targets while ensuring that each customer receives a comprehensive sales offer. The Sales Executive interacts directly with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. It's important to note that professionals in the automotive retail industry may work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to achieve their targets.

What Equips You for the Role:

Preferred degree or diploma education, though not essential.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail sales position.

Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic is desirable. Knowledge of other languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi, etc., is advantageous.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Ability to build strong customer relationships and resolve conflicts.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure.

Strong team player.

UAE Driving license is required.

Technical knowledge of automobiles, negotiation and influencing skills.
