Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Al Futtaim Automotive | Trading Enterprises 1, based in Ras Al Khaimah, you will have the opportunity to maximize sales opportunities and establish long-term relationships with our customers. Your main responsibilities will include achieving sales targets while maintaining gross margins on units. You will also focus on increasing the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. Throughout the entire customer journey, it is essential to uphold the expected standards for Customer Satisfaction (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Responsibilities:

Achieve and maintain the company-prescribed sales standards for your area of operation to improve and maintain the company and brand image.

Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales by meeting or exceeding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives.

Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems and surpass the target for the number of prospects logged.

Follow company procedures for handling cash and credit customers to ensure the safety of cash and minimize the chances of loss.

Constantly enhance your knowledge of the product range, features, the general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills to improve performance.

Requirements:

Skills for Success:

A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a background in automotive sales desirable.

Strong upselling skills and the ability to create value from new products.

Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills with the evident ability to influence customer choices.

About the Team:

In this role, you will be working to meet Branch Sales and F&I targets while ensuring that each customer is provided with a comprehensive sales experience. You will interact directly with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. It's important to note that people working in the automotive retail industry often have to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to achieve their targets.

What Equips You for the Role:

A degree or diploma is preferred but not essential.

Essential to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales position in retail sales.

English language proficiency is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is desirable. Proficiency in other languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi, etc., is advantageous.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, along with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Conflict resolution skills, the ability to think clearly under pressure, and the capacity to take decisions and follow through.

A strong team player.

A UAE driving license is required.

Possession of technical knowledge of automobiles, negotiation, and influencing skills.
