National Business Excellence Senior Analyst | Real Estate | CFC

Overview of the Role

Ensure the financial accuracy of timely analysis and reporting.

What You Will Do

1. Target Operating Model Development:

- Collaborate closely with operational teams to develop the target operating model, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Optimizing Operating Model:

- Utilize external insights and industry best practices to optimize the operating model and enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with the operational Leadership team.

3. Policy and Procedure Development:

- Participate in the development of policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in operations.

4. Conflict Resolution:

- Identify conflicting policies and procedures, facilitating resolution and updating manuals accordingly.

5. Process Mapping Enhancement:

- Improve process mapping across financial and operational teams for greater transparency and efficiency.

6. Governance Structure Establishment:

- Collaborate with the team to establish governance structures within the line of business, ensuring optimal blueprint design aligned with business and finance objectives.

7. Progress Tracking and Communication:

- Monitor, track, and communicate progress, issues, and risk management related to operating model optimization.

8. Business Performance Understanding:

- Develop a detailed understanding of business performance, Stage Gates operating model maturity, and opportunities for improvement across the Finance landscape group-wide and within the Line of Business (LOB).
