Job Title: Multi Technician (MEP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Multi Technician (MEP), your responsibilities will include:

- Performing corrective, reactive, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other equipment in private properties.
- Providing exceptional customer service and delivering MEP and AC-related services to clients.
- Executing field-based duties, which may entail irregular working hours and working in adverse conditions, including remote locations.
- Utilizing strong MEP skills to work independently and efficiently address maintenance tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- Basic English proficiency at Level 3 (Read & Write).
- Diploma or ITI certification in any MEP trade, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of the theory and principles of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with system sequence of operation and schematics of unitary (window, split AC, package AC) and applied HVAC products (AHUs, FCUs).
- Basic comprehension of the functionality of each component and standard operating values of equipment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace.
- Experience in delivering MEP services to customers, preferably in a reactive maintenance company.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Exceptional time management skills and the capability to work independently.
