Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate all vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are sent to the workshop for cleaning, servicing, and accessory fitting as per customer specifications.
2. Documentation Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to vehicle registration, including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoicing, sales letters, and gate passes.
3. Driver Coordination:
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure that demo cars are well-maintained, cleaned, fueled, and ready for test drives.
4. Inventory Checks:
- Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks, informing Branch Sales Manager and Sales Executives of available stocks.
5. Display Standards:
- Oversee the display of vehicles in the location, ensuring compliance with required standards.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work as a strong team player.
- Computer Literacy:
- Highly computer literate, with knowledge of SAP considered an advantage.
- Negotiation and Influence:
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
