Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager :

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join Al Futtaim Automotive at Trading Enterprises. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting sales operations by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems that ensure seamless back-office services for Cars, Motorcycles, Power Products, and Marine.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Support sales operations by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems to provide seamless back-office services for various product categories.
Ensure proper allocation of payments to the correct product condition codes for each invoice, matching Orient and workshop invoices.
System Enhancement and Maintenance:

Continually support the business by enhancing and maintaining SAP and Fastrack systems to facilitate a smooth customer experience during the sales process.

Process Improvement:

Improve the quality of work and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the Sales division.
Recommend and implement changes that align with Group policies and Business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Data Analysis:

Provide analytical support by analyzing sales business information that can contribute to performance reviews, operational decisions, and improvement plans.
Team Management:

Achieve staff results by communicating job expectations, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and implementing systems and procedures for Sales Coordinators.

Required Skills:

Backoffice administration and coordination experience.
Sales operations experience.
Supervisory experience.
Strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.
3-5 years of automotive retail experience.
Experience with sales operations administration.
Proficiency in SAP and Fastrack systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English.
