Job Description
Job Opportunity: National Government Services Manager | Group HR
Role and Responsibilities:
As a National Government Services Manager, you will:
- Lead, develop, and retain the HRSS team in Government Services.
- Manage immigration-related activities for Al-Futtaim’s businesses in KSA, collaborating with government entities and third parties as needed.
- Ensure process efficiency and employee experience are prioritized in HRSS service delivery and process management.
- Guarantee compliance with local labor laws and Group policies.
- Design streamlined processes for integration between Government Services and operational departments.
- Liaise with counterparts in other MENA countries to drive alignment and best practices.
- Deliver transactional and standard HR services in a timely manner and in line with SLAs.
- Act as a trusted service partner, providing guidance to business stakeholders and HR Business Partners.
- Facilitate change management and transition management during business expansion and growth.
- Identify policy improvements and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage governmental relations affairs, including designing and implementing efficient processes.
- Provide support for collating, analyzing, and visualizing relevant HR and business data.
- Work on HR analytics, reporting projects, and technology implementations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- University Degree desirable.
- 7 to 10 years of HR Operations/Shared Services management experience, preferably with Government Services/Relations.
- Analytical and data management abilities.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations concerning the labor market.
- Enhanced computer skills using recent MS Office suite.
- Experience with HR technology, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM, Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite, or Workday.
