Overview of the role: The Sales Executive for Watches plays a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. This role is integral to maintaining an attractive showroom, safely managing stock, and upholding high retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to introduce and promote the company's range of watches. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to achieve strong sales performance.

Showroom Presentation: Create and maintain an enticing display of watches within the showroom to captivate potential customers.

Sales and Stock Management: Keep daily records of sales and stock levels, updating them regularly. Collaborate with the shop manager to assess inventory levels and request replenishments.

End-of-Day Accountability: At the end of each work shift, reconcile stock and cash, and hand over responsibilities to the sales in charge.

Visual Merchandising: Support the sales manager in executing frequent changes to the display to keep it appealing and relevant.

Stock Optimization: Assist in identifying and facilitating the sale of aging items in the stock.

Skills Required:

Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service.

Retail Sales: Proven track record in retail sales, particularly in consumer products.

Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively.

Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, with exposure to retail operations of consumer products.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
