Job Title: Parts Picker

Role Overview: The primary focus of the Parts Picker role is to receive, check, and verify all parts as per the goods receipt, picking list, and input the same in SAP.

Responsibilities:

Take a printout of the packing list sent by the Principal/vendor and count the number of packages physically to ensure they match the packing list.
Open the packages, inspect for damages, count the individual quantity, and verify that the quantities received match the packing list.
Check whether the parts are physically correct by comparing part numbers in the packing list to the actual parts.
Inspect for shortages, damages, or incorrectly received parts. If any issues are found, raise a damage report and inform the supervisor.
Arrange the parts by size in a separate area for easier organization.
Move the parts to appropriate locations according to the packing list, taking care to place heavier parts in lower/medium locations and lighter parts on top.
Handle goods with care during transportation to prevent dropping or dragging, ensuring no damage occurs.
Place items in the locations mentioned in the binning list or delivery order, ensuring the complete quantity is located in the correct bin and arranged safely.
Carry out loading and unloading of goods from containers, trailers, or pick-ups promptly and carefully while ensuring the safety of the goods.
Use forklifts or other loading devices to move parts to the correct locations and place them carefully.
Prepare a good receipt upon receiving the goods.
Maintain the stock of consumable items like brake cleaner and WD40, issuing them to workshops as needed.

About the Team: The role reports to the Aftersales Manager and involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma.
1-2 years of experience in any warehouse and storage industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Valid forklift driving license.
