Pricing Executive (Data Analyst)

Job Description:

We are seeking a UAE National Pricing Executive who will serve as a Pricing Analyst at Al Futtaim Automotive, specifically for Toyota and Lexus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely pricing sign-offs and reports to meet annual budget objectives. This role involves data analysis, negotiation, alignment, and presentations to various levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pricing for new models, model year changes, and special action models in the PC & LCV segments.
Provide daily system support to the sales team and branches.
Prepare and reconcile fleet claim requests to Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) in the PC & LCV segments.
Prepare and submit all pricing-related approval notes using the Global Integrated Approval Management System (GIAMS) in the PC & LCV segments.
Create and communicate pricing reports, including sales below cost and arrivals reports.
Implement a "Best In Town" approach with a customer-first focus to enhance efficiency at customer touchpoints.
Maintain and update pricing conditions in SAP, including price lists and campaigns.
Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Hands-on knowledge or experience in analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results to stakeholders.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-follow visual representations.
Qualifications:

A degree with demonstrated experience in pricing, projects, or supply chain.
Knowledge or work experience in pricing or data analysis.
Automotive product and market knowledge.
Focus on driving commercial results with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
SAP knowledge.
Proficiency in data analytics tools.
Attention to detail.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective time management.
