Position Summary

As a Guest Relations Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. Your duties will include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Address and fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Process operational needs and complete necessary reports.
- Share information about local attractions and services.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Take a hands-on approach to tasks and duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
